Cancellation & Refund Policy

A 100% cancellation charge will apply to items described as special ordered once order is placed.

A 100% cancellation charge will apply to any custom branded rented items cancelled within 7 days or less from the date of the rental order beginning.

100% cancellation will apply to rental items cancelled less than 24 hours from the date of delivery or client pick-up date.

50% cancellation will apply to rental items cancelled less than 48 hours from the date of delivery or client pick-up date.

100% charge will apply to items not used and or returned unused.

Damage Waiver

We provide an optional damage waiver that is 6.5% of the total of the rented items and covers damage to the equipment rented while in your possession. It is optional and is non-refundable. If the damage waiver is declined, any rental items that are damaged, the customer will be responsible for the full replacement charges for the damaged items. Rental Period

All rates quoted are based on a 24 hour rental period per item; however, we allow extra time for the customer to pick-up/drop-off at our location you may pick up party rentals one day before your event and return the equipment on the next business day.

We offer rental periods of seven, fourteen, 21 and 30 days. If another period is required, please get in touch.
