Delivery and Pickup Rates

Delivery and pick up rates are based on the estimated time, distance of the location of your event as well as the required delivery-pickup schedule you have selected. Delivery and pick up rates are quoted each way as opposed to a round trip fee. We deliver at any time and at any specific time should your event require for an added fee. Our most economic rates are based on an open 6 hour window for delivery and pickup. Minimum rental order for deliveries is $250.00 dollars excluding delivery and pick-up service fee. Please note: Our regular delivery and pickup times are Monday through Friday, 9 AM-5 PM. Sundays and after business hours will be charged at a higher rate. After you submit your quote a representative from NS Studio will determine your delivery rates and pick up rates.

Setup & Teardown Rates

Items that require set-up will be charged an additional charge based on the time required to complete the installation-setup. This charge will be determined once we receive your order request.
